Mobilicity makes it easy to manage your account online or on your mobile device. Simply set up your account by logging into My Account. Once registered, you can check your account balance, pay monthly fees, upgrade or add to your plan, and see your usage. Log into My Account here.

By Pre-Authorized Credit

Simply add your credit card to your account in-store, by phone, on your mobile device at payment.mobilicity.ca, or by logging into My Account.

By Pre-Authorized Debit

No credit card? No problem. Pay with your bank account by logging into My Account. Select Automatic Monthly Payment and download the form (or download it here). Then send in the enrollment form and a void cheque to Mobilicity, 125 Carlton Street, PO BOX# 23048, St. Catharines, Ontario, L2R 1R0. It’s that easy.

Other payment options include:

  • Self serve payment online by registering here or on your mobile device at payment.mobilicity.ca
  • Calling customer care at 1-877-8MOBIL8 or *611 from your mobile device
  • At a Mobilicity store – additional charges may apply
