Toronto – Data & Audio Visual Enterprises Wireless Inc. (DAVE Wireless) announced today the appointment of former Yahoo! Canada executive, Sara Moore as Vice President, Marketing.
Moore’s primary focus is to further develop the core marketing and brand strategy for DAVE Wireless - the new wireless entrant poised to deliver innovative wireless services to targeted urban markets across Canada. “Sara has a track record of success as a marketing executive at two of Canada’s leading media and communications brands,” said Dave Dobbin, President of DAVE Wireless. “Her broad-based experience in developing a positive customer experience and attracting and retaining customers will be invaluable to DAVE Wireless as we prepare to launch to Canadian consumers.”
Moore spent 10 years with Rogers Wireless in progressively senior marketing, strategic planning and communications roles, culminating in the role of Assistant Vice President, Customer Base Management in which she was responsible for lifecycle management, upsell/cross sell and churn prevention programs.. More recently as Head of Marketing at Yahoo! Canada, Moore was responsible for all facets of marketing and communications, including strategic planning, consumer and trade advertising, research and public relations. Prior to joining Yahoo! Canada, she was Senior Vice President, Marketing and Publicity at Alliance Atlantis Broadcasting where she provided strategic and operational leadership to the marketing and publicity teams across a dozen television networks and multiple digital properties.
